Reasonable terms for a founder site

Sualp.com exists for founder essays, field notes, Shared Intelligence thinking, and context around Mustafa Sualp's work on Sociail. You are welcome to read, share links, quote short excerpts with attribution, and use the site for ordinary personal, professional, advisor, investor, or customer-discovery review.

Please do not misuse the site, scrape it aggressively, probe it for security weaknesses, send spam, impersonate someone else, abuse forms, or use article-share features to contact people who would not reasonably expect to hear from you.

Unless otherwise noted, the writing, images, design, and site materials belong to Mustafa Sualp, sualp.com, or Sociail-related projects. Public sharing by link is encouraged. Republishing substantial portions of the site, copying the design system, or using the content commercially requires permission.

Some writing and artwork may be created with AI assistance. The ideas, editorial judgment, and final responsibility remain human. AI-assisted does not mean free of error, and the site should be read as founder perspective rather than official technical, legal, financial, medical, or investment advice.

When you submit a contact form, newsletter signup, article-share request, advisor review, or similar form, you are giving permission to process the submission for the purpose you requested: replying, sending the email, saving review feedback, delivering founder notes, or improving the site experience.

Do not submit confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information through public forms unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Advisor and review submissions may be used internally to improve the founder narrative, Sociail positioning, and site experience, but they will not be publicly attributed to you without permission.

Article-share email is intended as a one-time convenience for forwarding a piece to someone who may reasonably find it useful. Recipients are not added to a newsletter list by article sharing.

Newsletter signup is optional. You can unsubscribe from newsletter emails or ask to be removed by contacting help@sociail.com.

Sualp.com may describe Sociail and route readers to Sociail.com. The official Sociail Early Access signup, product intake, and product-specific policies belong on Sociail.com or in direct Sociail agreements.

Links to Calendly, LinkedIn, GitHub, X, Medium, Sociail.com, and other external services are provided for convenience. Those services are not controlled by this site and may have their own terms and privacy practices.
